Comments:
Did not start until about 0045 UTC Feb 24. Only planned a part time effort.
Lost significant operating time due to discovering problem between WinTest and
radio -- not capturing band / frequency data after making 73 QSOs. Had to make
a new log file and start over. After the contest, corrected the problem
Cabrillo file and combined it with the small restart file. Actually more like a
multi-op effort, with "Murphy" being the second op.
