Comments:

Wow, that was not much fun! A world of difference from the DX CW test in band
conditions and activity. 10M was similar. All of the other bands were down with
lower than normal activity levels. Of particular note, 20 seemed to be just
opening to EU around 1315Z Sunday a full 90 minutes past my sunrise! 40 was a
huge struggle the first night even into the Caribbean due to big pile ups on
almost everyone. That made a less than serious effort a reality. The next night,
very few stations were above 7200, particularly the ones I missed before.

I heard several other ops from WV nearby, so the mult should have been easy for
those who had prop to WV. I heard one JA on 20 who I could not work, no Asiatic
Russia at all, a first. Zero Q's with EU on 15, nothing but stations the the
south on Saturday (many PY's), and only one EA8 from AF and 3 Hawaiians on
Sunday. There seemed to be sporadic E on 15 to VP9, but nil on 10M.

Things can only improve, I Hope!

73, Jeff N8II
