Comments:

This was my first ever QSO party and I had a lot of fun. A little frustrating
at times but I tried to relax and not worry about the small stuff. Once I did
that I began to enjoy this more laid back kind of contest. This was also the
first time I have ever entered a contest when all modes were allowed so I did
both CW and SSB. When the well began to run dry in the CW part of the band, I
would switch up to the SSB portion and usually was able to pick up a few more
QSOs. I preferred CW, naturally,
because they counted twice as much as phone contacts. This event uses serial
numbers and there were some very, very large numbers being exchanged. I ran
unassisted, so I missed some of the counties that I might have picked up
otherwise. Still, I was happy to work Lunenburg as it brought back memories of
W4WWQ, WA4RTS and others who did a DXpedition there way back when.
