Comments:
I had a lot of fun with this contest. WPX SSB will always be a special contest
for me because it was the first contest I participated in and took seriously
(that was last year in 2018).
After picking up the easy pickings on 20m, I focused on the European stations on
40m and the South American stations on 15m for the 6pt/Q. I then used the
bandmaps to maximize multipliers.
My original goal for this contest was 300 Qs and a 100K+ score. After I hit the
300 Q mark, I set a stretch goal of 400 Qs and made the last one with 15 seconds
to spare.
I had a blast!
