K2DRH on MSK144. Wrong time of the day for optimum MS, but it worked. A +24
burner started us off. Sometimes you just have to try things. Thanks Bob.
Rained the whole 4 hours here in central Maryland which made conditions poor
generally speaking. But many agreed that there was good activity. Comment
worth repeating regards FT8 operation as seen on ON4KST early evening is be sure
go into Settings > Advanced > select special operating activity:
Generation of FT8 and MSK144 message > select "NA VHF Contest". It
makes the exchange faster too. Thanks to the K1JT Team for making both
Non-Contest FT8 and Contest mode FT8 interoperate semmlessly though. Thanks
everyone for getting on.
