Comments:
Big thunderstorm in progress at beginning, but decided to give it a shot at the
last minute. Sounded like 80M in the summertime! Sorry to those I couldn't dig
thru the crud. QRN finally let up about 40 minutes in. Great activity this
session.
Using new antenna - an HF9V. It is up, but WX has not permitted final tuning of
the antenna. Works OK on 30M & 20M, but needs tweaking on other bands. If
I get on tonite, I will be on 20M only. The two antennas I've been using came
down to make room for the backhoe to come last Friday and dig tower holes. One
day this summer I hope to be louder with some yagis!
Thanks to all for the QSO's!
