Comments:
Been a while since I've been able to do the 1900Z CWT from home... Conditions on
40 were weird, the usual loud areas (W5/W8/W4) were very weak and difficult to
copy. Same stations that were usually weak on 20/loud on 40 were inverse. Loud
on 20 and weak on 40.
