Comments:
Started on 20. A few signals were good and QRN was low. Cloudy, but storms have
not started here. Good start. 1905Z - 16QSOs. 1911Z - 31 QSOs. After the first
layer signals were way down. Lots of QSOs were just a whisper. Had mults on 40,
band map on 20 so I could watch things better. They were different areas, BUT
not real prop to W1, W2, W3, W4 on 40. Went to change bands at 1922, but a few
still called in so stayed until 1927. I called CQ with few responses, so
S&P to get the loud ones then I figured out there was not prop. Went back
to 20 at 1953Z and worked a few, but no rate.
Still a good hour spent on the radio.
