I was going to try to operate all bands thru 432, but last minute set up
problems forced me to go with my FTdx3000 instead of my IC-7000 plus xverter for
222.

All FT-8 except for W0ZF/R on PH, when I saw his strong signal pop up on the
waterfall.

It looked like it was going to be a long day Saturday, until 6 sprang to life
about 00z. VE4 was the strongest signals on the band. Looking at DXMaps showed
we were right under the center of the E cloud, with all kinds of QSOs going
overhead. As it shifted around was able to work upper midwest, and the southeast
primarily, then about 03z it started to die out and it was all adjacent grids
until I stopped at 04z.

Sunday afternoon was slow too. However there were many teases as different parts
of the country would come and go for 5-10 mins at a time. Just before the
contest ended it was opening to AZ and CA, but couldn't get anybody to hear me.

Both days I heard many MS pings from other FT8 stations almost every 15 sec
segment at times. If a lot of FT8 stations switched to MSK144 many QSOs could
have been possible. I tried it several times and didn't hear anything.
