Comments:
A rather spectacular outing, though certainly not what I expected. Didn't even
think about getting on until 1950z. When I fired up the radio, the transmitter
went nuts - blasting away at 40 wpm or so with calls and random characters
non-stop. I turned off the radio in hopes that the Poltergeist which had
hijacked the radio or computer or whatever would stop, but every time I turned
it back on the radio blazed away like a machine gun! After about 6 or 8 attempts
to put on the brakes, all that stuff quit and I was finally able to get on with
the business of CWT. Made two Qs and then the time was up.
