This contest used to have the progressive internet rules on VHF. Now with the
ARRL VHF contest rules these rules seems archaic. This log will be a CHECKLOG as
I chose to post my 2m frequency online during a 2m Es opening. Change the rules
and "Release the Hounds" :o)
