Wow. Almost broke 1000 with my K3 and YCWA antenna. I guess if I had more
patience, I could have hung in for the full hour and gotten a few more Qs. When
I had the big antennas and SO2R station, I tried to hit 10,000 points per
session. Now, it's exciting to work someone, doing S&P, on a first call.
But, watch out, I'm going to have a righteous antenna, again, one of these days
- probably not a yagi, but at least a full-size vertical with radials. Then I'll
be running with the big dogs, again :-).
