Another great CWT! It has been a while since my last CWT. QRM/QRN was pretty
fierce on 80m, and 40m seemed to be pretty quiet most of the evening. My main
rig (the Yaesu FT-450d) is in for repair, so I was using a loaner rig, the Yaesu
FT-1000mp Mark V Field, on loan from my local club. It's a terrific rig, but has
a few more buttons than the FT-450d!:)
Antenna was the usual 40m full wave loop.
Thanks for all the qsos and the repeats guys! Still learning how to use this
rig. Hopefully, the FT-450d will be back home and as good as new in a few
weeks...
73 and maybe I'll get a chance to operate the CW Open!
