Comments:
VY poor propagation on 15 and 10M bands. On 15M we had very short opening to JA
on Sunday morning and to USA/VE in afternoon hours. Compared with 2018 20M band
was cca 7 hours less opened in evening hours. Consequently we had cca 150 QSOs
less then in year 2018. Low bands were perfect with highest number of QSOs and
DXC in WW RTTY ever.
