Comments:
I don't like SSB contesting and I can never decide when to switch modes, so
decided to go CW only this year. Even though I made a lot fewer QSOs than I
would have with mixed mode and missed two mults (ND and MB), I don't think I
hurt my score all that much. This was my 2nd highest all-time raw score, which
I'm happy with given that we're at the bottom of the solar cycle. It sure would
have been nice to have 10 Meters, but at least 15 was much better than it has
been in recent contests.
As I noted last year, DX stations are getting more involved in this contest and
I made quite a few QSOs with them. Very cool.
