Comments:

Thank you Alex (as usual and always) for the hospitality, use of the station,
and for allowing WH6R and I to run up your electric bill.

Limited ops this weekend, so with Alex's blessings, Eran and I opted for SB
entries. Despite trying to engineer a restful week at work, it was not meant to
be, so I made a casual unassisted effort on 40M. I was fortunate to get the
opportunity to be the lone driver in what is arguably the premier operating
position at KH6YY during the Super Bowl contest of the year--not that the other
seats in the house are inferior. 40M was super fun and with the full-size 4 el
yagi and JK-Piccolo, the station at Pupukea plays like a dream. I took a K3,
SDR-IQ w/SpectraVue, large monitor, and an Intel NUC along for the ride as
well.

Memorable Q's include booming signal this morning from 4U1A and last Q in the
log from VU3ESV (double-mult), both who answered my CQ.

Mahalo again to Alex and to the other ops around the world for the Q's-

73

Mark WH7W
