Comments:
Arrived home from the 1-week EA8-trip
just before 2 AM local, installed the
balcony-fed sloper antenna and woke up
conveniently 3 hours later to prepare
N1MM-logger for CWT... OK1RR/Martin on
80 m with a weak fluttering CQ as the
only one, worked on fourth attempt...
Own CQ CWT did not raise any response.
Checked 160 m and 40 m. Five minutes
later UR5MM/Rudy on 80 m with a fair
signal level... In general new X-mas
light installs have raised the SPS
QRN-level. It is a seasonal burden
for RX on the lower bands.... After
writing this OE3K/Ivan on 80 m....
