That was fun! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of activity. 80m was
packed. Too bad there isn't more spectrum for digital/rtty. Only missed four
states.
I don't understand all the intricacies of the 2-break rule. I need a lawyer to
interpret it. Can I choose my two long off-times and have other short breaks
>30 minutes before those? Or are the first two off-times selected
automatically? I have a life other than contesting, and that really wouldn't
fair to small-time contesters (not that I'm planning for any awards here). I
guess I'll designate off-times in my submission and see what they do with it.
