Well, well. As said in the soapbox of the earlier Stew Perry, I am not impressed
by the actual conditions. Local stations giving each other 529 and 539, spite
antennas that would be considered to be "good", isn´t a good sign at
all. Living in the Aurora Borealis zone surely is a punishment (sorry 2M
freaks!). Still, the ARRL RU has become a tradition and being a participant is
