Comments:
Band conditions worse than last weekend (NAQP-CW). Very deep QSB on 80 meters.
15 meters never opened well on E-W path.
Moved to 40m around 0100 UTC. Band was long and could only do S&P on the few
stations heard. Cost me quite a few multipliers getting on 40m too late.
