A great weekend for a CQ 160 contest.
On Friday evening I operated with the K3LR MS operators having operated about 7
hours of good run time. Tim's station performed excellently with good Europe
signals but the band was super crowded - still a good thing. Thank you Tim for
hosting the multi-op effort.
Got to operate at home on Saturday evening for awhile using a K3 with my KPA1500
amp (only running about 400W) and my low 80M dipole. It was also a blast and
was able to work lots of 10 pointers.
