This is just another CQ contest rigged to give W1/2/3 the big scores, but
at least everyone works everyone and the hoi polloi can make a lot of Q's
and have fun.
Only 15 JA's on 40M, that was lot of missed points, but the dipole is all
I've got.
Highlights: being called by TR8CA and VP8NO on 15M, and working a few JA
and EU on 15M!
