I made an unhappy discovery earlier this week: my shack PC seems to have
developed a habit of overheating under load and shutting down unexpectedly.
Unfortunately, demands at the day job currently constrain the amount of time I
can spend for "personal geeking", so a full fix will probably have to
wait. But I was able to scrounge enough time to reconfigure to something
"good enough" to play this weekend...or at least it seems to be good
enough based on a quick check this evening.
