Comments:
Yet another field operation from Witt Hill in Norway, Maine. Same setup as
previous year with a few more watts, tweaks to antennas, and larger propane
heater for the tent. Friday night, outside temperature dropped to -13F. But the
amplifier kept the tent warm as long as I was calling CQ.
Great conditions the entire weekend. I was happy to break 1000 QSO's in this
category for the first time. Not enough to catch N8OO but its a start...
Antennas: 4 element wire inverted V yagi NE. 3 element wire inverted V yagis NW,
SE, and SW. Apex's around 40 ft.
