Comments:
I started out thinking I would do a single band 15m entry but 15 never got going
for me like it did last year. I used the same 2 el 15m wire yagi as last year
but even though the band seemed like it was in better condition this year I
couldn't get anything going and gave up on the idea. Used a 130' EFHW 60 feet
over salt water for 80-20m and it worked well. Accidentally left the radio CQing
on 80m during a break which made me seem deaf for a while - sorry about that!
The li'l KX3 got crunched by the pileups occasionally, but otherwise there
weren't any equipment issues. I had very little QRN and worked a lot of very
weak signals. Had a great weekend. Thanks!
