Because virtually no one chats or has 
QSOs on RTTY anymore, a lot of operators come to RTTY contests and learn to 
operate their RTTY set up DURING A CONTEST!

The needless repeats and pregnant pauses are infuriating.

Lots of new guys answer a CQ with their call AND their exchange.

I guess they go to FT-4/8 to have a nice chat with somebody.

Been on RTTY since 1961.  The mode is still great but the new operators need 
to get familiar with the mode.  Oh, they can't properly tune a signal, either.
