I wish folks would pay attention to 15 meters and not just assume it is not
open. Went there and found PY2NY CQing and lonely. Not strong but perfectly
workable. Digital mode people are slowly moving up the band on 20. Some of them
were as high as 14082.5 and creating real problems for RTTY ops on a very
crowded band.
