Comments:
Excellent conditions, considering our location in the sunspot cycle! Very
limited time available for participation due to a variety of interruptions.
Most were very welcome and had to do with me celebrating my 82nd birthday. What
better way to celebrate than participating in a DX contest! Signals were
fantastic on Friday and Saturday. Sunday on 20 was not easy. Although I was
taught that if you aren't running, you are losing, this was a 99.9% search and
pounce entry. My efforts at running were simply not productive. It was very
gratifying to hear from old friends during the test...especially when they
complimented me on my signal! 8*)
