50 watts from a Yaesu FT-991 into a Directional Systems 432 RS, (rover special)
antenna, 13.5 dBd, eight feet off the ground (it was very windy), on a hill
above the treeline.
Armstrong rotator.
Cold and very windy portable operation in Brookline, MA
Only had 45 minutes of operating time before I had to take down my antenna.
I was not able to hear any of the CT stations
Very sparse SSB activity, was only able to work 12 stations.
