Comments:
Thought I'd try this one. Built a 6M dipole Friday and put it about 5ft above
ground. Worked a bunch of stations in adjacent grids, but could hear a lot more
than could hear me. Saturday, about 2 hours in, I raised the dipole from 4ft to
20ft. It worked much better! Was able to work some DX- PY, PX, 9Y, CO. Heard
other stuff, but they couldn't hear me. I could see others working Europeans,
but no print here.
I actually had a good time. All contacts were FT8.
