QRP in Andover, Mass at 130' ASL.
FT-817ND with 6m dipole and Elk 2M/440L5 log periodic on a 12V bench supply.
Wow. Superior 6m enhancement conditions all weekend. Saturday and Sunday effort
at home on FT-8. My best results ever in any contest.
The FT-817 was cooled using a strong (and loud) server fan to maintain output
power at 50% duty cycle.
Again, no 432 activity observed and no response to CQ into a decent antenna. Too
bad because this would have been an easy score multiplier.
Excellent results, QRP or not.
