Comments:
That was painful. Last minute screwups meant I didn't my 2m, 432, and 1.2
antennas up as planned, so this was a 6m-only dry run. I am hard aground due to
the Covid crisis - I haven't been home for June VHF for the last 20 years, but
when the Cruise ships don't come, I don't go away to work.
There were some decent evening openings to the Northeast, but Sunday seemed like
one long, drawn out torture session - I could hear watery signals all day but
decoded few. Not sure if I heard more than a half dozen stations on CW or SSB.
I sure wish people would switch to MS when the Es aren't there and FT4 when they
are strong.
