Comments:
Tough weekend. Difficult contest to work from here- getting to Asia either east
or west is a long haul! Did work a few JAs on 40m but no quantity- that happens
when there is no overlapping darkness! Sunday afternoon was very slow- made a
grand total of 18 Qs after 1400Z. In one respect it was casual- lots of time to
watch TV while the radio did the work. Nice opening to JA on 20M early Sunday
morning- started about 0830Z and the good part lasted about 2 hrs. The band was
still good until 1300Z, but as that's the middle of the night in JA there
weren't many stations on.
Still, a fun contest!
