Comments:
Tried single keyboard tonight. Interleaving not as hard as I thought, though I
still think it's more error-prone, at least for me.
Got no answers for first 2 minutes, which seemed like an eternity. 20 better
than 40. 40 noisy. 80 noisier; mostly just S&P on 80, used Quad, then
switched to 4-sq., then decide that was a mistake and went back to Quad.
