Comments:
I was at home with battery power using my KX3 @ 5 watts. Most of my
operation was S&P but I did try running without much success. It's
hard to hold a frequency running QRP. I found that if a station was
S8 or S9 then I could usually work them. My best DX was KH6LC & he stayed
with me a bit getting my exchange. I think most stations would give up
trying to pull out a really weak signal but he hung in there with me.
I missed AK,NV,& WV for WAS. I also missed VI & PR and several
Canadian
Provinces.
