Great FD activity on 10m, 15m, 20m, and 40m which were all open at the same
time!
Maybe it was a sign of future solar cycle coming on...I hope. Very good rule
change to allow Delta stations to work other Delta stations for points; it made
the FD more lively than usual. Also, nice to work a couple of other region 2 DX
stations 8P5A and LW1D for points; I always thought this should be open to both
NA and SA because everyone can use FD to sharpen their emergency radio
training.
