There was sporadic E to the NW/W/SW from here and signals were excellent on 20
to most areas from about IL beyond. However, the skip zone never shortened to
close in states; N4ZZ near Nashville was weak. K9ZO and K9CT had crushing
signals from IL.
I tried 15 which was open to TX and K7RL with strong signals, but there was
little activity. I had noise on 40 which would have wiped out weaker signals.
