This is one contest I always travel out for. That wasn't going to happen in the
year of the Plague, so first time trying it from Alaska. Let's just say, WAE CW
is normally my favorite single contest of the year, but it's not a lot of fun on
the fireweed covered tundra. 20M was so so, but decent enough, but there just
wasn't much else. I normally make a f/t effort, but after the first 90 minutes,
when I had 25 Qs, switched to casual. As Arnold says, "I'll be back"
next year, but unless Armageddon has fully sunk in, it won't be from here.
