Comments:
Nothing heard but power line noise on 15. Lots of signals heard on 20, but I
wasn't heard. Glad that 40 held up its end of the bargain (always a thrill to
work DanWA!), and glad that neighbor W1UJ was on 80 tonight. So much activity
for a short ladder - that's good!
Hope to have the new 135 foot doublet, ladder line fed, up by next Thursday
night. Got the support lines up a good 60-70 feet in the pines, now to hoist
the antenna at the weekend. Will take the Lazy H down after this ladder,
rebuild and hang it higher again, so I can legitimately claim an antenna
"farm" after years of using just one antenna (the Lazy H).
