Comments:
Decided to stay up late after building a quiz for my junior-level electronic
design students for tomorrow. The new 135 foot doublet makes a difference on 80
meters, seems about equal to the Lazy H on 40, and makes 160 possible. Thanks
to Joe, N8EA for my sole 160 Q. Still hope to hoist the new doublet about 15
feet higher at the center - it's too much of a V, just like its backyard cousin,
the Lazy H.
Heard only neighbor W1FJ on 15 at the start, 20 was weak all around, 40 was OK
if a bit jammed, and 80 was the star of the evening.
Thanks for the Qs both tonight and last Saturday in NAS.
