Did a portable operation from a hill a mile from my house.
Q5 transverter, 35 watts, into a 35 year old 7 element Cushcraft 220 beam on a
12 foot portable mast with an Armstrong rotor.
All QSOs were SSB.
Most of the activity was in the first 30 minutes.
