Comments:
We operated multi multi low power from NEVA with two stations and four operators
part time using solar power, batteries and one
small generator from an elevation of 5000 feet in the Tahoe National Forest
using restored four element KLM beams for 40M and 20M and an inverted Vee wire
antenna supported by tall pine trees for 80M. Our Nevada County CQP location is
more than 2 miles from any paved roads and there is no commercial/public
electric power or water for many miles from our location. Lots of fun and we all
enjoyed providing CQP contacts from NEVA .
