Comments:
A big thanks to Marc, DO4DXA, a fellow Skimmer op on the RBN, for letting me
use his FLEX 6600 remotely. The antenna was an 80M dipole that worked well
on 40M, less so on 20/15 :)
The contest starts at my 0800 local, and I operated 40/80 all "night"
in EU.
After 20 hours in the chair, 20/15 were starting to open up in EU but I was
fading fast and didn't have a big signal on 20/15, so turned it off at my
0400 local, 1001 Q's in the log :)
I ran (with 100W) 50% of the time and clicked spots the other 50%
The FLEX 6600 sure is easy to remote into and use with N1MM on my computer,
without any local radio.
