Comments:
A strange contest with very few Russian stations on RTTY.
About 25% of the RTTY operators do not know how to tune in a signal and call on
frequency. Another 10% did not read the rules. RTTY operators send everything
about 5 or 6 times whether they need to or not.
So few participants on RTTY it felt like a Xiden campaign rally. At least I did
not have to stand inside a hula hoop.
