All S & P as I am not a CW op, but I was pleased to be able to hand out the
PJ4 multiplier to 52 contesters. 160m (and 80m) have been extremely noisy here
so far this autumn / winter season due to all the topical thunderstorms in the
Caribbean area, but for once topband was surprisingly relatively quiet this
weekend. Unfortunately the quiet band did not coincide with great conditions.
Looking forward to the CQ160 CW and Phone weekends.
Rig: IC-7300 + Acom 1500 amp at 1kW to 72ft high base-loaded vertical.
