Comments:

Dave was remote and I was in the Freezing Cold Barn, yes in Florida, but where
the Temperature dipped to the low 20's during the contest. A heated barn in
Florida? Not gona happen!
But had plenty of fun. Conditions were crazy but worked ZL3IX (27 points!)
first time in a long time. Then HL5IVL (24 points) with a strong signal many dB
out of the noise. The JA's heard did not make it into the Log this year. Signals
from JA lasted long after SR but never peaked and were always very weak. Heard
KL7KY but no cigar! EU stations were scarce (78 logged) but had some nice
point values (one 20, five 19, twelve 18) and then plenty of Stateside
activity to keep the contest going. Thanks to every one involved in keeping the
Stew Perry contests alive! See you in the CQWW! Steve
