Comments:
100 W, dipole up 30', keyed by hand with a Vibroplex bug
Conditions seemed fairly quiet and stable, though there was a bunch of one-way
propagation with stations that were quite loud unable to hear me. I heard a
little DX, but aside from an XE who called me, was not able to work them.
It was also a little disappointing to hear how many stations seemed not to be
interested in Rule 6 (no assistance). Sure, it helped when I was running to get
a boost of callers every few minutes, but I could definitely tell when I got
spotted. Similarly, if a DX station came onto my frequency, I could hear that
pretty well too, as a bunch of US stations would then pile on top all at once.
Thanks for all the contacts!
