I ran across someone calling CQ for the HA DX contest while prepping for NAQP
SSB. I quickly set the contest up in N1MM+ and made the Q, figuring maybe I'd
find a few more Qs after NAQP was over.
Well, I found a number of stations working HA DX on 40 and 80, but I couldn't
get any to hear me. So, I'm carrying out an extreme version of my philosophy of
"No matter how few Qs you make, always submit a log".
