Comments:
Not quite last week's but good for my SnP Linux-log operation. Having the HF9V
on the ground, instead of the high peaked roof, is sure the cat's pajamas! I
only have a few radials curled around my small back yard but can tune it for 1:1
(or almost) while standing on the ground, even sitting in a lawn chair! No more
42-foot extension ladder. I still have to bury those radials before it's
lawn-mowing time; it'll be a few months here in Maryland.
The 2K-FA autotuner will now handle all of the low-end CW frequencies on 80, 40,
and 20 that we use (and other bands we seldom or never use).
Thanks for the QSOs, guys, especially our European friends! --- 73, John K3GHH
