Comments:

So what happened was that two oldtimers decided to give it a go on 160 M/S
category. Last time anyone tried M/S from ES7 region was in 1989. But in order
to do so, one needs to have an antenna. Long story short, everything was built
and set up on Friday.

What we managed was just one full size delta loop @ 22m and K9AY RX antenna
(visually it did not look nice, but worked like a charm). Nothing fancy, no
verticals, just simple wire to have some fun. This was also first serious
contest using SunSDR2-DX. A nice toy to have, but still takes some time to fully
understand the architecture. Compared to loads of other transceivers used over
the years, this one actually hears very well. One SunSDR allows 2 operators to
go SO2V on two separate computers. It was a bit tricky to set it up, but
eventually using some Virtual COM emulators it worked almost flawlessly. Errors
mostly came from operator side.

ES7NY took care of the first two nights and ES7GN was working during sunrise and
sunset. SunSDR2-DX allowed 3rd operator make some remote QSO's from home. As the
system was still new, the remote fella made perhaps only 20-30 QSO's.
Nevertheless it was a fun weekend.

73! ES7A
